Hello beautiful people!

Happy summer my beautiful friends,

I hope you are staying cool, living in Phoenix Az. as I do, it is a challenge. Is it just me or does the sun seem to get increasingly hotter each summer?

This season I want to share with you the beauty of honoring the Goddess within. Every woman is a a Goddess, it is our divine right we were born with that exquisite ability to radiate beauty. Again let me say ALL women are Goddesses. Now I can hear many say, well I don't feel like a Goddess. I feel over stressed and over worked and over whelmed, I get it, those are feeling I have had as well. Still I am ...

A  G O D D E S S

In the midst of chaos and uncertainty we can draw on an inner strength that seems to be inherent in all women. Think back to a time when you faced something so difficult you did not think you would make it, and yet you did. Several things come to mind for me, one was child birth. I still shudder remembering the intense pain, the second was a divorce and yes very intense pain, however the hardest by far was the loss of my beautiful daughter. The soul wrenching was beyond anything I could have imagined, it is only now that I can even write the words. Why do I share this? Some beautiful Goddess out there needs to hear these words. You are an amazing creation of light and nothing will take that from you, you are much stronger than you know and you are being supported by the Angelic realms in ways that will astound you. Please ask your Angels and guides to assist you,they need your permission as this is a free will Universe.

I would love to share some ways to bring out your inner Goddess.

Love your body! Do not be soooo judgmental of it. Stop comparing your self to magazine covers and media stars. And, hint hint, many of them feel just like you do.

Sing out to the stars and the moon, sound is a vibration and can open door ways. A perfect voice is not necessary, this is just for your pleasure.

Brag about yourself! How great you are,does this sound egotistic ? Who cares! Really ... you are amazing.

Dance with pure abandonment , this is my favorite, I love to feel a beautiful skirt flowing around my legs as I dance. Sometimes I use scarves and pretend I am an exotic harem dancer. Imagination is a beautiful gift and helpful to a Goddess.

When possible treat yourself to something special, my favorite treat is fresh flowers. I love flowers and have been known to buy them before food for myself.

We all have many responsibilities and time seems to pass like a run away train, however take even a few moments just for yourself and breathe in the beautiful essence of love.

These are just a few things to do, many of you will come up with what suits your lifestyle best. Honor yourself and honor each other.

Moisturizing Body Bath

Create an atmosphere for relaxing, such as dim lights, soft music, special drink.

ill the bath tub with tepid water and bath oil, rose, lavender, or any oil you like.

When I use rose oil I also use rose pedals,and lavender oil can be accompanied by lavender flowers.

This is the real treat of this bath,Ice cubes,yes you heard right.Take a bowl of ice cubes and when you have adjusted to the tepid water put in a few cubes at a time.

The ice water will refresh you and also tighten your body, temporary of course.

As you relax in the bath envision what you would like to bring into your life. Water is a great conductor of energy. Dr. Masaru Emoto  explains this beautifully in his Book The Hidden Messages in Water.

After the bath remember to use a moisturizer such as a non scented crème, you can add a few drops of your favorite perfume for a personalized  feeling of elegance. This will also keep your perfume lasting longer when paired with the body crème.

This bath is wonderful when shared with a lover or special mate. Enjoy!

Goddess lemonade

Pitcher of cold water, filled with half rose water

Lemon juiced

Honey to taste usually half a cup

The rose water and honey take to tart acidic taste from the lemonade

This lemonade tastes best ice cold.

Added treat can be mixed with a favorite liquor. Enjoy!

Lots of femininity this summer.

Sun dresses, flowing long, short and sassy, floral, bold, paisley lace.

Shorts and capris in soft fabrics. and lets not forget sandals. Beautiful bejeweled sandals in flats or heels. Many designers have created magnificent sandals this season. These lovely beauties will take you from casual to dressy. Express yourself ,let your imagination reign. This is your Goddess  Summer, do it in style.
