LINDA'S SPRING 2011 NEWSLETTER SPRING CLEANING = HEALTHY CHANGES

Hello beautiful people!

I wish you a joyful spring time,a time when the Earth starts budding with new life. Choices, choices, choices, what will you choose? We are each experiencing great changes as our home planet is changing.

Many of you know that I do seminars called Making Changes.When I was called to start these seminars I had little knowledge of where that path would take me. My vision was one of grandeur, me, helping people through times of trials.

My vision was so exciting and I just knew I would find fulfillment in this simply because I love people. In my mind I felt since I had experienced such difficulties it would be valuable to others. What I did not know was how very much I did not know.

So began my real change, did I have something to offer? Yes most definitely; however, just as others were experiencing change  so was I. I think for some reason in my mind I felt immune to change of a drastic nature, after all I was the facilitator, could my life at least flow in harmony. Apparently not!

The seminars have been what my friends have called wonderful and enlightening, and they encouraged me to continue. I did continue and each time was blessed, then my personal life started unraveling. I got angry and upset thinking, "Why now?" Haven't I had enough of this stuff in my life?

Let me tell you what I learned about myself and perhaps it will some how resonate with you.When I was a child I had a great imagination and I loved fantasy. I was very intuitive and could tap into other realms very easily, being a natural born believer. As I grew up most of this stayed with me and I had many challenges, I was frequently told that I did not live in the real world. Have you ever heard that before?

Well let me tell you where most of my problems came from: I decided to live in the real world.

Yes. A strange  statement to some perhaps.When I started crying out to Spirit, "What in the hell is happening?"

 The answer I received was: "What you wanted to happen."

"No!" I shouted, "I did not ask for this!"

The reply: "Yes you did."

I have to say I was sooo  frustrated, I just could not get it, why would I choose this? So I kept on asking and asking, like a kid on a trip, are we there yet?

Finally Spirit decide to have pity on me and gave me my answer: "You decided to live in the real world, remember? You can create the world you want to live in, think back to when you were a child and feel that same joy of fantasy."

It seemed too easy, surely there was more.

I asked again how can I do this when everyone thinks I am a nut case? You see I have been told that I don't live in the real world and that equals, nut case.

The answer came so simply, "Why do you care what others think?"

Ego! Big time ego. Plain  and simple, we let our egos make our choices because we are afraid of, what will others think. Who cares really? We are less important to others than we think, and I mean that in a kind way.

Please do not let others opinion of you rob you of your choice to live a life of happiness and beauty. You choose, so choose wisely. I cannot choose for you and you cannot choose for me. I can however wish you great joy on your journey and pray you find your own treasure chest of love.

I would like to focus these beauty tips on two important features, Eyes and Lips. The eyes are the windows to the soul and with our lips we give a kiss of life. Beauty note: When doing eyes and lips if the eyes are bold, go soft on the lips, if the lips are bold go soft on the eyes.This will bring balance and allure to the face. Bring out the inner artist in yourself and have fun.

This spring the colors are bright, bold intense, high spirited. Fuchsia, bright purple, neon green, sunshine yellow, bold orange, silver, whitest white.

Diane Von Furstenberg designed a silk-jersey floor length dress it has a hood and is surplice in the front, the cut is truly elegant. The color is a bright purple. Jumpsuits in flowing jersey are showing up on runways in Europe. Lace is really big, done in dresses, skirts, jackets. 70's are back if you want a trip down memory lane. Fashion is a fun and accessible way to travel back in time.

Whatever your fashion quest is, please remember styles and trends look best on a happy person, own your look and smile.
